Hey there !

Today I’m here to show you Crown of Thistles by A England. I waited quite a bit before being able to have this polish. First the post office simply lost the package containing it. Luckily my husband was able to take advantage of a business trip to bring it to me from France. And I don’t regret waiting that long because it’s an amazing nail polish, almost like any of A England’s nail polishes that I own.

It’s an amethyst holographic nail polish. A England calls this finish a scattered prismatic effect. I applied it in two coats, but it could be a one coater. The first coat is definitely opaque ! The formula was a little thicker than usual, I think that 2 to 3 drops of thinner would give it its awesome consistency back.

Even when not exposed to a direct light, Crown of Thistles is gorgeous. It’s intense and the holographic finish doesn’t wash out the color at all! When it dries, it has some kind of matte finish. You’ll need a glossy top coat to give it its glossiness back :)

I’m really having a crush for this nail polish. And it looks perfect for spring, right? Yeah it’s pretty obvious that I love it very much, right? :D

Now I still have to decide how I’m going to nail art it :D Stamping? Gradient? Still hesitating ! If you have an idea, please let me know in the comments :D

What do you think of Crown of Thistles? Did you already get it? :D

Enjoy the weekend ! ❤❤
